Little Copper Robin Hanging Decor

A lovely little copper robin hanging decor, lightly hammered with sterling silver fused onto the copper for his tummy. The robin hangs from pretty white organza ribbon. The robin has been highly polished to a lovely shiny finish.

I created the robin from copper sheet metal and added the dimpled texture. I then fused little pieces of scrap sterling silver leftover from other projects onto his tummy for added detail. As the silver melts during the fusing process a lovely unique pattern forms with the silver. As the robin is handcrafted each one will be totally unique and a 'one of a kind'.

This would make an ideal 'missing you' memorial or bereavement gift as a memory of a lost loved one.
