Packaging

All Silver Wave jewellery arrives wrapped in tissue paper tied with a ribbon and placed in a pretty linen or organza bag ready to open and enjoy or give as a gift. If you would like me to add a short handwritten gift note please let me know the message you would like me to include when you check out.

Care instructions

All jewellery will naturally tarnish over time so to slow this process down keep each piece in a little airtight plastic bag when not being worn.
To bring back the shine (whilst taking care not to touch any gemstones or beads):
Sterling and fine silver use a silver polishing cloth, silver dip or a metal polisher (for example Glanol) with a soft cloth.

Copper and brass use a metal polisher (for example Glanol) or make a solution out of warm water and a few drops of lemon juice and a little baking soda and with a soft toothbrush clean the metal with this mixture. Leave for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry carefully with a soft cloth.

Sizing

Bead Bracelets

Measure around your wrist with a tape measure then add 0.7 cm to your wrist size for your bracelet size. Always go a size up if you are just above a size.

Extra small 15.2 cm or 6 inches

Small 17.8 cm or 7 inches

Medium is 20.3 cm or 8 inches

Large is 22.8 cm or 9 inches

Bangles

To measure for the correct size please put your hand in the same position as you would when you normally slip a bangle on, slightly bringing your fingers together under each other, then measure the widest part around your hand – this is the circumference/length.

However...if you need any help with sizing please just ask.
