A beautiful handcrafted natural turquoise gemstone ring set in a sterling silver bezel and sterling silver 1 cm wide band. The ring is a UK size T. The stone is a lovely blue green colour and the band has a pretty lace pattern texture and has been highly polished to catch the light.
The ring is perfect for any occasion and great for everyday wear. It would make a great birthday gift for a December birthday.
I created the ring entirely by hand from sterling silver sheet using traditional silversmithing techniques. The bezel was soldered to the ring band and then I polished the ring before setting the stone. There is only one of these rings available so this is the ring you will receive.
Turquoise is known for its ability to purify and energise the body, mind and spirit. It is one of the birthstones for December. Turquoise occurs in spots where acidic water comes into contact with copper, forming veins in the stone.
