I created the silver ring entirely by hand from sterling silver sheet using traditional silversmithing techniques. The texture was achieved by heating the surface of the silver and at the same time fusing other small pieces of silver randomly on top. As the silver melts and fuses together patterns are formed on the ring. It is lovely to see the textured result and each ring will be slightly different depending on the flow of the melted silver. The handmade ring has been soldered together by overlapping each end of the ring and forms a very rustic unique ring.
